The service
ReviewBuddie provides tools for sellers to collect customer feedback and manage compliant reward campaigns via QR funnels, promotions, and a claim center. You are responsible for how you use the platform and for complying with marketplace and local laws in your regions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Use compliant promotion and insert wording; do not gate reviews by rating.
- Honor rewards you offer and approve or deliver claims promptly.
- Ensure you have rights to product listings, brand assets, and customer communications you upload.
Billing & cancellation
Paid plans renew according to the billing interval you select. You may cancel anytime; access continues through the current period. Refunds follow our 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions where applicable.
Limitation of liability
ReviewBuddie is provided "as is." We are not liable for marketplace enforcement actions, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.
